1、在https://developer.octopia-io.net/home/--API Credentials--I'm using a feed agregator-- My agregator only requests my SellerId--选择ECPP--勾选 Using the API--选择Grant Access to "ECPP'--选择下一步，跳转授权即可--最后在Confirmation阶段会弹出Seller ID
ECPP填写步骤：系统--销售账户--cdiscount account--创建--账号组：默认账号组--停用：no--cd account：自定义--Seller ID：填写对应octopia返回的值
