3.快递规则里面将物流方式对应carriername是ENDICIA：快递规则-----物流对应，特殊发货地址，创建美国地址
4.系统设置中录入ENDICIA注册之后的api信息
5.用户管理中添加endicia订单处理权限
6.ENDICIA订单中进行提交
